Jaime Lepe Jr. has been around the restaurant business his entire life since he is the eldest son of the President of JML Mexican Restaurants, Inc., the corporation that owns Tropical Mexico Restaurant and Mexico Lindo Restaurant. Nonetheless, that has not prevented him from pursing educational degrees. Jaime attended Cal Poly Pomona where he studied Hotel and Restaurant Management at The Collins College of Hospitality Management. The Collins College consistently ranks among the “nation's premier hospitality management programs.” While at Cal Poly Pomona, Jaime held internship positions at the following places: Universal Studios Hollywood, Westin Hotels, and Sysco Food Service. Jaime received his Bachelor’s Degree in 2007. From there, Jaime enrolled in an Accelerated Culinary Arts Certificate Program at The Culinary Institute of America at Greystone. Jaime completed the program in March 2008. Jaime is a life long learner so he recently completed his Masters in Human Resources from Pepperdine University in 2017. Jaime’s educational experience coupled with his extensive work experience will ensure that your celebration will be a complete success, not to mention that our food will keep your guests talking. Daniel decided to follow his brother's footsteps and study Hotel and Restaurant Management. Daniel graduated from The Collins College of Hospitality Management at Cal Poly Pomona in 2014.
